Persistent Vertical Lines at my Grundig TV
For the past 5 or 6 months, I've been dealing with a frustrating problem with my Grundig television. It all started with the appearance of obnoxious vertical lines on my screen, which distorted my viewing experience. As a result, I immediately reported the problem to the company, and to their credit, the service team arrived shortly after to inspect the TV. They took it in for repairs, and after a while, the TV was returned to me, seemingly repaired and in working order. My relief, however, was fleeting. I was disheartened to find the same old vertical lines plaguing the screen just a few days ago, on May 16, 2023, to be exact. It was disheartening to see that the problem had reappeared despite the ostensible repairs. The lines appeared even worse this time, extending across the entire screen, making it nearly impossible to watch any program. I've waited long enough, and I sincerely hope they address this matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue once and for all.

The relevant authority did everything they could and sent us a new television, an upgraded model, without any charge. I thank them.
