Grundig Failed to Return My 165-Inch TV After Service Request for Screen Issue

Four months ago, I purchased a 165-inch Grundig TV from Vatan Computer and used it for three months. One evening, after watching a movie, I turned off the TV and went to bed. The next morning, while I was at work, my spouse called to inform me that lines had started appearing on the TV screen. I immediately contacted the service center. Today, October 8, 2024, marks exactly one month since I reported the issue, yet the TV still hasn’t been returned despite my numerous follow-up calls. Customer service keeps transferring me to the technical service team, while the technical team redirects me back to customer service. In short, my TV has not been repaired or replaced. I request a replacement for the defective product, but no one seems to care. Please forward this complaint to the relevant departments. Thank you in advance.
