Service Request for 50GFU7900A Grundig TV Set Based on Its Poor Performance



Since the day I bought it, my Grundig TV 50GFU7900A has been slow in menu and channel switching. However, because I don't watch much television, I didn't pay much attention to it. Horizontal and vertical lines appeared on the screen after a year. The horizontal lines eventually vanished, but the vertical lines remained. I contacted the authorized service center and requested service. On August 19, 2023, the authorized service center picked up my TV from my home and informed me that it would be repaired at Feba Electronics. My TV hasn't been repaired in 25 days, and I haven't received any updates. On September 7, 2023, at 12:40, I contacted the call center to report the situation and left a note for the authorized service via the internet with request number 450061592, but I have yet to receive a response. When I researched this issue on platforms like Sikayetvar, I discovered that it appears to be a chronic problem, and having such a malfunction in a one-year-old TV is concerning. Waiting 25 days for service in 2023 does not seem normal in this rapidly advancing technological age. I can't believe a TV sent from Yalova to Istanbul has been unrepaired for 25 days. I urgently request a replacement with a new product, as well as the brand's commitment to its product.
