Grundig Blamed Me for Mold in My TM 7981 Delisia Tea Maker After 4 Months


Since I purchased a Grundig product from Teknosa (on the advice of their staff), it has been plagued by a constant water pump error. When I first contacted them, they suggested sending me a link so that I could try a DIY fix. Unfortunately, the problem remained. The technical service scheduled an appointment about a week ago, but on the service day, they called in the evening at 16:30, citing that the technicians were unavailable, and they claimed that the water pump error was common. What is their solution? They advised me to buy a new water tank on my own dime. It's only been two months since I purchased the item. When I compared Grundig and Arçelik's actions toward customers, I questioned their commitment to their warranty. Why should I buy a replacement part after spending so much money in just two months? They pointed out that the warranty document states that it is not covered, and they advised me to carefully read it. I spent 10,000 TL, so I expect better service from your company. If this error is so common (as stated by the technical support), then fix it. Your call center and technical support, Grundig and Arçelik, are ineffective.
