Arçelik Dryer Not Drying Clothes - Replacement Request Rejected


I bought the Arçelik M119H62F dryer 6 months ago and have only been using it for 2 months. About a month ago, it stopped working because it gave a “water tank full” warning, even though the water tank was empty and the lint container was clean. The service came and fixed the issue, but the same problem happened again two weeks ago. The machine once again shows the “water tank full” error and will not operate. The service came again, examined the machine, and confirmed that everything was normal and that the tanks were empty and clean. However, the error persists, and my machine has not worked for two weeks. Every time I call, they say “we are informing the relevant department, you will be contacted,” yet no solution has been provided for two weeks. I am newly married, and having the same malfunction occur so soon on a new product is unacceptable. Moreover, I did not expect such an uninterested approach from a major brand like Arçelik. I request that my machine be replaced, and I expect the company to stand behind its product. Additionally, due to Arçelik’s unwillingness to support their own product, I do not plan to purchase from the brand again and will do everything I can to advise people around me not to choose Arçelik.
