I Got Unfairly Restricted in Whiteout Survival After One Accidental Purchase

I’ve been playing Whiteout Survival for about a year and a half, and I’ve generally enjoyed the game—until now. On April 1st, someone who doesn’t even play the game—my friend—accidentally made an in-app purchase using my device. Realizing the mistake immediately, I requested a refund, and shortly after, I received a message from customer support instructing me to contact them about the situation.
I did exactly that. I explained the situation clearly and told them that the purchase was unintentional and had already been refunded. Their response? They restricted my account. One accidental transaction—by someone else—and I’m being punished as if I were trying to exploit the system. Meanwhile, the game itself constantly runs into bugs and glitches, yet when players make a single honest mistake, they get penalized without room for discussion.
