Unfair Ban Warnings on My Zula Account

I have been actively playing on the Zula PC platform for a long time and have spent nearly ₺10,000 on my account since around 2016–2017. Recently, on my account with the username AMPARATOR, I received two ban warnings for allegedly using cheats, even though I have never used any. The first warning came on 25.08.2025 during a game, and my account was reopened on 26.08.2025 at 11:02. The second warning occurred on 27.08.2025. This situation has caused me significant stress and concern. I have never faced such issues with my other four accounts. Receiving unjust warnings makes me fear the risk of a permanent ban in the future. I reached out to the support team but received no response. I am absolutely certain that there is no cheating on my account. I kindly request a thorough investigation, the resolution of this issue, and a proper response. I do not want my account, where I have invested both time and money for many years, to be unfairly restricted. I demand that my problem be solved and that I receive a definite response.

Yes, today our account ban was lifted and I tried to log in, but I immediately received a warning and was suspended for 30 days. There must be some good in this too.

I reported my issue to the support team, but I want it to be resolved as quickly as possible because the events are ending.
