Hidden Fees and Unfair Deductions in Green Motion
On August 26, 2023, we rented a car from the Obilet website under the name E**** ö****. Greenmotion provided the car at the airport, and the price seemed reasonable. However, when we returned the vehicle after a one-day rental, we discovered a 1,500 Turkish Lira deduction had been blocked on our credit card. This immediately raised concerns about their dependability. Worse, they deducted approximately 40-50 Turkish Lira for HGS expenses without informing us. While I was waiting for the remaining amount to be refunded, they deducted 600 lira from my card without sending an invoice. Only after numerous attempts to contact them did I discover that this amount had been deducted for "detailed cleaning." I decided to let it go because I felt foolish. This car rental experience should serve as a cautionary tale to others about hidden fees and unexplained deductions. When dealing with Greenmotion, be cautious and thoroughly review your transactions.

Someone called me regarding the complaint I wrote on Şikayetvar. Because of the glitter that spilled on the back seat, which would come off if shaken by hand. From the trunk to the ceiling.
