Google Gemini App Facing Backlash Over Alleged False Video Creation Features

I purchased a Gemini Plus subscription for $5.29 through the Google Gemini application. Before subscribing, it was explicitly stated within the app that upgrading my subscription would allow me to generate videos. Relying on these prompts, I upgraded to the Plus subscription.

However, on July 7, despite my subscription being active, when I tried to generate a video, the system issued a warning stating that it lacked the capability to generate videos, preventing me from using the promised feature. In short, the information presented prior to subscribing completely fails to match the actual service provided afterward. Due to this vast discrepancy between pre-subscription claims and post-subscription realities, I feel openly misled and swindled throughout this process.

Therefore, I demand a full refund of the $5.29 fee paid for the Gemini Plus subscription obtained through misleading claims. Furthermore, I request that such misleading subscription prompts be corrected and that necessary precautions be taken so other users do not suffer the same grievance.
