On January 16, 2025, at 10 PM, I booked a rental car from Greenmotion at Bodrum Airport through Enjoy Travel. However, upon arrival, I discovered that Greenmotion’s office closes at 10 PM—a crucial detail that was not mentioned on Enjoy Travel’s website. As a result, I was unable to pick up my rental car that night.
The next day, I visited Greenmotion, where they informed me that I needed a credit card to proceed. Since I only had a debit card, they demanded a ₺2,650 payment with no refund option, along with refusing to compensate for the lost rental day. When I attempted payment, their system rejected my card due to 3D security authentication issues. Ultimately, I could not receive the car.
I contacted Enjoy Travel to request a refund, but they denied it, claiming my cancellation was after the scheduled pickup time—which was impossible due to their own lack of transparency. I have since emailed them again and forwarded the issue to my lawyer. If my refund is not processed, I will be pursuing legal action. This is unacceptable customer service.
