I was contacted by the relevant company managers, and they informed me that the extra fuel charge had been refunded to my card account. The refund was seen in my card account. Thank you.

I rented a car on August 26, 2023. The next day, August 27, 2023, I purchased fuel from the gas station adjacent to the rental company with the intention of refilling the used fuel. However, due to a faulty fuel indicator, I ended up buying 400 TL worth of fuel for a journey of only 95 km+ with a manual Egea Diesel vehicle, and the indicator showed no change. Upon later inspection, I realized that I had purchased more than twice the necessary fuel for this vehicle (WHILE THE VEHICLE'S AVERAGE CONSUMPTION IS 5 LITERS, THE AMOUNT OF FUEL PURCHASED WAS 10.5 LITERS). Upon returning the vehicle, I brought up the issue, mentioning that these vehicles seemed to have recurring problems. I also sent a complaint email to the rental company but received no response. I have attached both the receipt and an image of the receipt for the fuel I purchased, and given that the mileage used is known, I kindly request a refund for the excess fuel cost.
