Serial Line Defect Plaguing ViewSonic XG2405 Replacement Unit (XG2431)

I purchased a ViewSonic XG2405 model monitor at the beginning of 2023. While still under warranty, a white vertical line appeared on the screen, so I submitted the product to authorized service on January 25, 2024. Instead of repairing the unit, the authorized service center sent me a higher-tier model, the XG2431 monitor. However, the exact same issue reoccurred on this new monitor as well, and this time, a persistent white horizontal line across the screen has rendered the device completely unusable.
Since the warranty period expired on January 31, 2026, contacting service now will likely result in a panel replacement quote that approaches the cost of a brand-new monitor. I operated the device under normal usage conditions; because the exact same fault experienced on the previous device repeated on this unit, I believe this is a chronic manufacturing defect across these models.
For this reason, I will be filing an application with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. However, as a gesture of goodwill, I primarily request ViewSonic to resolve my grievance and replace the defective XG2431 monitor with a new unit free of charge.
