Nissa Car Rental Withholds 300 Euro Cash Deposit After Clean Vehicle Return

I rented a vehicle for a period of one week from Nissa Car Rental through Carjet. Upon vehicle pickup, a cash deposit of 300 Euros was collected from me, and I was explicitly informed that this amount would be refunded once I returned the vehicle without any issues.

I returned the vehicle completely damage-free and fully intact. Although the "Vehicle Return and Deposit Refund Protocol" dated August 15, 2026—signed by the company representative upon delivery—officially committed in writing that the 300 Euro deposit would be refunded to me on August 17, 2026, no payment has been issued.

When I contacted the company, I was told that they would "get back to me" and process the refund; despite this, I received neither a follow-up nor my deposit refund. Despite both verbal and written commitments, the withholding of my 300 Euro deposit has caused me significant financial hardship.

In accordance with the signed protocol, I demand the immediate refund of my 300 Euro deposit without further delay, along with an official explanation regarding this breakdown in service.
