Bocchi Ceramic Sink Manufacturing Defect Leaks Water and Damages Bathroom Cabinets

I have been dealing with a severe water leakage problem in the rectangular Bocchi ceramic bathroom sink (46x81 cm) installed in my home since the day it was purchased, which has caused ongoing damage to my bathroom cabinetry. I have been struggling with this exact issue for nearly two years, and despite contacting your company multiple times throughout this period, no solution has been provided.

During previous visits, Bocchi technical service representatives inspected the leak under the sink and dismissed the issue, claiming the water leakage was caused by the underlying porcelain countertop rather than the sink itself, leaving me to deal with the damage for two years. Despite holding the original invoice and warranty documents, I was never provided with a satisfactory technical inspection or resolution.

Through my own detailed technical inspection, it became clearly evident that water entering the overflow drain underneath the faucet leaks out from a hidden internal channel within the ceramic body. There is a structural manufacturing fracture or hairline crack inside the technical opening located at the bottom corner of the sink. What your service team brushed off as a "countertop issue" is actually water leaking through this hidden internal fracture in the ceramic itself.

It is completely unacceptable for the technical team of a corporate brand like Bocchi to overlook or ignore a manufacturing defect inside the ceramic body. Having to deal with this issue on my own for nearly two years has caused me significant inconvenience and financial harm.

Since a ceramic sink with an internal structural fracture cannot be repaired, I demand that my grievance be resolved without further delay and that the defective product be replaced with a brand-new unit free of charge by Bocchi authorized service. Otherwise, I will submit my technical photo evidence, service records, and prior complaint history to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to seek compensation for my financial and personal damages through legal channels.
