Skoda Octavia Multimedia System Uncontrollably Increases Volume While Driving

I own a Skoda Octavia and for the last three months I have been experiencing a serious problem with the multimedia system. While driving, the system suddenly and uncontrollably raises the volume by itself. This creates a major distraction and clearly poses a safety risk for me and my passengers, as it startles us and affects my concentration on the road. I took the vehicle to Özaydın Skoda in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, and explained in detail that the multimedia system volume keeps increasing on its own. At the service, I was told that this is a chronic problem and that they cannot do anything about it. In other words, no solution was offered and the situation was left as is, despite the clear safety implications. I request that this issue be taken seriously and that Skoda provide a permanent technical solution for my vehicle’s multimedia system, free of charge. If necessary, I expect repair, replacement of the related unit, or any other corrective action that will ensure the system operates safely and does not change the volume by itself while driving.
