Fiat Egea 2022 Model: Automatic Transmission Failure and Huge Repair Costs

On June 11, 2023, I took my 2022 Fiat Egea, an automatic diesel car with only 19,000 kilometers, to the service center because it wouldn't take gas or move in D gear. They checked the car at the Otokoc Zincirlikuyu Fiat authorized dealer and claimed it had a transmission problem. They warned of a 97,000 TL cost if a driver error occurred. I emphasized the impossibility of such a problem in a garage car with little use and no steep roads. The representative contended that such problems could occur after only 100 kilometers, attributing it to driver error. I was even advised to file a lawsuit. It's absurd that a car with 19,000 kilometers on the clock would become inoperable due to user error. The majority of Fiat Egea automatic transmission cars have this problem, which is being addressed under the 100,000 km warranty through user error claims. I urgently request a resolution and prompt attention to this matter.

Although there has been no concrete response to me, my calls have only been answered with "we have recorded it." All my work processes have been disrupted due to this issue, which has reduced Fiat's brand value to zero. I urgently request a concrete response regarding this situation.
