Green Motion Car Rental Refund Issue for Reservation Fee

On June 29, 2024, I rented a car from Green Motion Car Rental Company. After canceling the reservation, the reservation fee that was supposed to be refunded to me has still not been returned. When the cancellation process was completed, I was informed by your customer service that the reservation fee would be refunded, but no refund has been made to date.
This situation has caused me both financial and emotional distress. The failure to refund the reservation fee within the legal time frame poses a serious issue in terms of customer satisfaction and trust.
Therefore, I request that my reservation fee be refunded as soon as possible.
