Carjet Hasn't Refunded My ₺7,266 for a Green Motion Reservation That Didn't Happen
Hello Carjet, I booked a car rental with Green Motion on your website for September 7-14, 2024, but it didn’t go through because of some issues on Green Motion’s side. I’ve tried everything to sort this out, but I still haven’t gotten my refund of ₺7,266 that was charged to my credit card, even though I never rented the car. I've really been having a tough time getting this figured out, and I'm feeling pretty unhappy about how things haven't been resolved. Please process the refund as soon as you can. Thanks! If that’s the case, I’ll have to take legal steps to get my money back.
