Hello Carjet, I booked a car rental with Green Motion on your website for September 7-14, 2024, but it didn’t go through because of some issues on Green Motion’s side. I’ve tried everything to sort this out, but I still haven’t gotten my refund of ₺7,266 that was charged to my credit card, even though I never rented the car. I've really been having a tough time getting this figured out, and I'm feeling pretty unhappy about how things haven't been resolved. Please process the refund as soon as you can. Thanks!
