Gratis Store Staff Rudeness Complaint


I bought the foundation at the Gratis Türkiye Konya Bosnia branch, and the cashier told me that I could try it on and return it later if I wanted. There are no tester products, and selecting a foundation is extremely difficult. I have an invoice in hand, and I paid 413 lira for the product. Everything is sold at exorbitant prices, anyway. Anyway, I tried the product just before leaving the store. It did not suit my skin. It flaked and did not cover my blemishes. Then I went to the cash register and returned it. The store manager arrived immediately and stated that it could not be returned. He chastised me because I told you the color was light and you should have purchased a darker one. However, I returned it because it made my skin appear flaky rather than the color. Also, the manager's scolding me in this manner is not appropriate. I had a very bad time. I could not say anything. He was a very belligerent and rude person. Is this truly how Gratis treats its customers? I'd like to return this product. I tried it on before even leaving the store and was told I could return it.
