Sephora Gave Me Only One Tester Despite Buying Makeup and Shampoo Regularly

I made a purchase of around ₺9000 from a Sephora store and I shop there regularly, buying shampoo, makeup, and other items. I always try to support physical stores, thinking I’d get a more personalized experience. However, the cashier acted mockingly and gave me just one foundation tester. It felt like my loyalty as a customer meant nothing. When I shop from their website, they send really nice product samples along with the order if I buy something. At the very least, that’s what always happens. But Sephora consistently does the opposite. When asked, they just say they’re not sending any. This time, it happened again. That was definitely my last time shopping there.
