Denied Return at Mersin Marina Tefal Store


I purchased three products from the Tefal store at Mersin Marina, intending to find them cheaper elsewhere. On the same day, I decided to return the products, but the store refused without providing any reason. There were no signs or information about their return policy in the store, and we were not informed about this at the checkout when we made the purchases. Now, I feel like I'm wasting both time and money.
The store manager was unhelpful and unresponsive to resolving the issue. She merely directed me to local consumer rights court without attempting to contact or provide any explanation beyond saying "we cannot." This has been the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered. I urgently request a refund. I have attached the relevant receipts, the total amount spent, and prices from other affordable sites to illustrate the unfair treatment.

Dear Tefal Turkey, I have been calling all the platforms where I can reach you and writing to all of them for exactly 4 days. I posted a tweet about my grievance. I was asked for my contact information and details of the issue via DM, and I sent them. The response I received was that I could call customer service. When I called customer service, I was told that returns are not accepted and that I should speak with the store. Now I want to ask: what kind of post-sales support service is this? I have not received a single call, explanation, or information for days. I have to write again and again; if returns are not accepted, I should have been informed in writing or verbally. If this cannot be done, a notice should have been posted in the store stating that returns are not accepted. As a result of all these deficiencies, I cannot even find someone to address my issue. I absolutely want my return to be processed.
