Calvin Klein Be Perfume Smells Like Water and Has No Fragrance
On 20.08.2025, I purchased a CK Be perfume from the File store in Edirne Merkez. Since I shopped close to closing time, I didn’t have the chance to test the product in the store; the staff also told me there was no tester available and that I would have to buy it without trying. Trusting the brand and File Market, I purchased the perfume without smelling it. When I tried it at home, however, the scent was completely absent—it felt as if the bottle contained only water. I sprayed it 6–7 times on my skin, but there was no fragrance at all and zero lasting effect. I have been using this product for years, so I don’t suspect it’s fake, but this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. Previously, I had bought another Calvin Klein perfume from the same store and was satisfied. I still have the receipt (Invoice No: Y082025005793645). I was not informed of any warnings or return/exchange conditions. My intention is not to get a refund but to have my grievance resolved and to receive a replacement with a genuine product that carries the original scent. I also wish to speak with customer service regarding this matter and kindly request assistance.
