Bought Missha Cushion Foundation—Barely Any Product Comes Out and Sponge Crumbles
On September 4, 2025, I purchased the 2-shade of the vegan “Clio Cushion Blur” effect foundation from the Missha store in Bahçelievler, Ankara. When I began using the product, I noticed that pressing the sponge did not release a sufficient amount of foundation, as shown in videos. Normally, when the sponge is pressed, enough product accumulates to cover the entire face—but with this product, no matter how hard I pressed, very little came out. Moreover, small fragments of the sponge inside the foundation were detaching and adhering to my face along with the product. I have used different cushion foundations by Missha before and have never experienced this problem.
I am encountering the same issues every time I use the product. When I contacted you via Instagram about the matter, I was told to visit the store. However, this situation has caused me substantial inconvenience and shaken my confidence in your brand.
I request that this issue be resolved and that a replacement product be sent to me.
