I’m experiencing a serious issue with my flight ticket purchased through Go to Gate, associated with order number 1037-658-992. During the purchase process, I paid an extra fee to make the ticket refundable in case of a visa denial. Unfortunately, my UK visa application was rejected, so I wanted to use my refund right.
On December 22, 2024, before the ticket expired, I tried to book a new flight using my refund option, but the system kept showing an error and I couldn’t complete the transaction. Because of this, I was unable to use my $85 refund credit to purchase a new ticket.
I contacted Go to Gate customer service multiple times, but I received a different response each time. Eventually, I was issued a replacement voucher, but it was valid for only 24 hours, which made it impossible to book a new ticket in such a short time.
Despite trying all possible communication channels, my issue remains unresolved. I purchased the ticket and refund option from Istanbul, and I am requesting that the $85 refund amount be returned to my credit card. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
