GoToGate Refused to Correct Passenger Name

I purchased a flight ticket online through GoToGate, but the passenger’s first name was entered incorrectly — it should have been “Guln***”, but it was mistakenly written as “Gu*”. My reservation/PNR number is 2352277982142.
As soon as I noticed the error, I immediately contacted customer service — I called, emailed, and sent messages — but despite my ticket being valid until October 30, 2025, no one has helped me or offered any solution.
I paid $747 for the ticket using my credit card. I am only requesting that my last name remain “Papylova” and that my first name be corrected properly. I expect this issue to be resolved to avoid further inconvenience.
