GoToGate Charged My Card but Didn’t Send a Reservation — What to Do Next

On October 9, 2025, I attempted to purchase a connecting flight ticket from Sofia to Turkey through the GoToGate website. Immediately after making the payment, the site crashed, and I did not receive any reservation number or confirmation message. However, when I checked my bank account, I saw that €250 had been charged by GoToGate. The last four digits of the card I used are 9883.

Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to reach GoToGate’s customer service. I also did not receive any ticket, invoice, or notification email. I have submitted a dispute form through my bank and received a reference number for the transaction.

This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I request a refund of the €250 payment to resolve my situation. I would also like to emphasize the importance of choosing reliable websites when purchasing international flight tickets.
