BOI Debited ₹699 for an Unauthorized ShareChat Membership via UPI

I hold a BOI account in Nagpur, India. On 31/10/2026, an amount of 699.00 was debited from my account for a ShareChat membership via UPI, with transaction reference number 185893682177. I did not want to purchase this membership, and I did not knowingly approve any such transaction or subscription. I do not wish to use any paid membership on ShareChat and I have no intention of subscribing to such services. I consider this charge to be completely unauthorised. I request that BOI urgently investigate this transaction, provide a full refund of the 699.00 amount to my account, and ensure that any related ShareChat paid membership or subscription is cancelled so that no further payments are taken without my explicit consent.
