On October 13, I submitted a refund request for my flight ticket with order number 1096-461-864. I was informed that, after deducting the service fee of $41, the remaining balance would be refunded to my bank account within 15 days. However, despite the time that has passed, I still haven’t received any refund.
During this process, I contacted Go to Gate customer service, and I was told that all necessary steps had been completed and that they were waiting for the airline to process the refund. I was not asked to provide any additional documents or take any further action. I made the payment by credit card, and I still have my invoice and payment receipt.
It’s now been almost three weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund to be completed. I kindly request that the remaining amount of my ticket be refunded to me as soon as possible.
