I Face Account Closure from GoStudent Despite Having Unused Lessons

I purchased a 12-month program from GoStudent and made my payments regularly for about six months. However, I stopped making payments for a while because my lessons had piled up. In September, I contacted customer service, but four days ago I was informed that my account had been permanently closed due to missed payments. My account number is 8820.

Since my account is now closed, I can no longer access my accumulated lessons or use them. When I reached out to customer service again, I was told that I would need to register as a new student at the current pricing and that my remaining lessons would be considered a “gift.” This response left me both disappointed and feeling deceived, as no customer representative had ever informed me that my account would be permanently closed after three months of non-payment.

I have the payment receipts for all the installments I’ve made on this online platform. My expectation is to be allowed to use my remaining lessons and continue from my existing account by paying the outstanding balance. I request that this issue be resolved promptly and fairly.
