GoStudent is holding my credits even though I didn’t use any classes — how can I redeem them?

If GoStudent withholds credits for unused classes, the most important thing is to prove they weren’t used and formally request their reinstatement. Here are practical steps to make them effective:

• Direct claim: Fill out the support form at https://www.gostudent.org/en-gb/get-in-touch/ and select the category Payments or Unused classes. Explain that your credits are being withheld and attach the screenshot.

• Alternate email: You can also write to [email protected] with the subject Reactivation of unused credits. Include your customer number, dates, and proof of the classes not taken.

If the issue isn’t resolved, file your complaint on Xolvie to keep a record and receive support until your credits are reinstated or properly refunded.
