GoStudent Blocked My Paid Lessons and Refused Refund After Renewal Without Consent

I’ve been a member of the GoStudent English learning platform since 2023, having enrolled my son when he was eight years old. Last year, I wanted to cancel the subscription, but their team called and persuaded me to continue. They promised that even if I canceled the renewal later, I could still use the remaining lessons, which I had already paid for. Based on that assurance, I agreed to keep the membership for another year.

Now, I have around 20 unused lessons sitting in my account—fully paid for—yet I am completely blocked from accessing them. This is unacceptable. I upheld my end of the agreement by paying for the full service, and now I’m being denied what I paid for.

GoStudent, I demand a full refund for the unused lessons or immediate access to use them. Misleading parents with false promises and then withholding paid services is not just unethical—it’s theft. You need to resolve this issue immediately and stop taking advantage of loyal, trusting customers.
