On 09/05/2025 at 13:51 and on 09/01/2025 at 23:53, a total of $14—specifically $13 and $1—was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card ending in 4479 without my knowledge or consent. These unauthorized transactions were made by a website called “dating web biltek com.” I did not receive any notification or approval request regarding these charges. When I contacted my bank, I was informed that my card may have been cloned. I am still using the card and have not canceled it.
I declare that I did not authorize these transactions and that they were carried out without my consent. I request a full refund of the total amount and ask that no further unauthorized withdrawals be made from my card.
