Unable To Install Minecraft On Samsung A54

On March 28, 2026, I purchased the game Minecraft via the Google Play Store with the order number GPA.3329-5274-0522-12576, paying ₺300. Although the payment was successfully completed, the game cannot be installed on my device under any circumstances.The device I am using is a Samsung Galaxy A54 5G. It fully meets—and even exceeds—all the hardware requirements of the game, with 8 GB of RAM, the latest Android version, and more than 20 GB of available storage space. Despite this, I continuously receive an “Unable to install” error during the installation process. To resolve the issue, I have attempted all standard troubleshooting methods, including clearing cache, deleting data, and uninstalling Play Store updates, but the problem persists.When I reported this clear technical issue to Google Play Support, I was only met with automated responses. Not only was my issue not taken seriously, but my refund requests were repeatedly rejected without any concrete justification, merely citing “policy guidelines.” Refusing to issue a refund for a product that has been paid for but cannot be delivered due to technical issues is both a violation of consumer rights and an instance of unjust enrichment.I am currently unable to access the game, and I am also unable to receive a refund. I request that my grievance be resolved and that the amount of ₺300 be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will proceed with all available legal actions, including initiating a chargeback through my bank and filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
