My PUBG Mobile Account Shows Ban/Restriction, No Purchases Possible

I have been playing PUBG Mobile on my Samsung A35 5G device, downloaded from the Samsung Store. For about one year, I have been unable to make any in-game purchases. Whenever I attempt to buy something, I receive the warning: “For your security, payment has been restricted.”
I cannot complete a transaction with any payment method, including credit card, mobile payment, or Google Play balance. Both my game and device are fully updated. Each time I try to purchase something, I face the same issue.
My PUBG Mobile account is linked to the email address o***************@gmail.com, and my player ID is 5343***58. There is also a restriction or ban notification on my account, but no explanation has been provided.
I request assistance in resolving this issue so that I can once again make in-game purchases and have full access to my account.
