Clash Royale Wrong Package Purchase Refund Request

On 01 September 2025 at 16:27:41, I accidentally purchased the Sarmaşık Paketi in Clash Royale through Google Play on my Samsung A35 device. The purchase went through immediately, and 1.429,99₺ was withdrawn (Order No: gpa.3317-0015-2286-23661). I have not used this package at all and am requesting a full refund.
The package was newly added to the game and appeared at the top of the store. While trying to exit, my finger slipped, and the payment was approved without any extra confirmation step such as fingerprint authentication. This process should have required an additional verification, but the transaction was completed instantly.
I contacted both Clash Royale and Google Play support regarding the refund. Clash Royale states that refunds are normally processed within 2 hours, while Google Play told me to wait up to 4 business days. However, I have not received any response or refund so far. This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and it is frustrating to pay for a package I never intended to buy or use.
I request the immediate refund of 1.429,99₺ to my account and expect better safeguards to prevent accidental purchases in the future. I urge both Clash Royale and Google Play to resolve this issue without further delay.
