I Face Refund Issue After Accidental 239,99₺ Gem Purchase in Clash of Clans on Android
On 11/08/2025, while playing Clash of Clans on my Android device, I accidentally purchased 239,99₺ worth of gems. I have not used any of the gems — they are still untouched in my account. Immediately after realizing the mistake, I contacted both Supercell and Google Play support teams. Initially, I only received an automated reply stating, “We will get back to you as soon as possible,” but since then, I have received no further updates or resolution.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I acted quickly to report it. I have already provided my Google Play order number (gpa.3304-1544-1978-61042) as proof of purchase. Despite my prompt communication, there has been no progress in processing my refund request.
I am requesting that this accidental purchase be canceled immediately and the full amount refunded to my payment method without further delay. I expect clear communication and a swift resolution from both Supercell and Google Play.
