I purchased Minecraft through the Google Play Store for my Reeder S23 Pro Max smartphone running Android 14. The payment was successfully processed, and the transaction shows as completed on my card. However, whenever I try to install the game, it gets stuck at “Installing” and then displays an error message saying, “Error during installation, please try again.”
This issue has persisted since Saturday, and it occurs only with Minecraft — all other apps install without any problem. I have already tried every recommended troubleshooting step: restarting my phone, checking my internet connection, verifying storage space, and even contacting Google Play support. Unfortunately, their response only repeated the same basic steps and did not solve the issue.
