Google Play Refund Requested for $9 Fitify Subscription

On February 17, 2026, I purchased an annual subscription to the Fitify app through Google Play for approximately $9. Since I was not satisfied with the app, I canceled the subscription on February 18, 2026 — just one day after the purchase. However, several days have passed and I have not received a refund.

When I contacted Fitify regarding this issue, I was told that I needed to submit a refund request through Google Play. Even though I used the subscription for a very short time and not even seven days had passed, no automatic refund was processed.

I am requesting a full refund of the approximately $9 annual subscription fee I paid for the Fitify app, to be issued through my Google Play payment method as soon as possible.
