Mentalup Refused Refund After I Canceled My Premium Subscription Within One Day
On November 8, 2025, I purchased a one-year Premium subscription for the Mentalup app through Google Play, paying with my credit card. After using the app briefly, I didn’t like the content, so I canceled my subscription the next day, on November 9, 2025.
Despite canceling the subscription within such a short time, I did not receive any refund. Right now, I am unable to benefit from the Premium features, and the 999 TL I paid has not been returned to me. When I contacted Google Play and the related support teams, I was told that a refund could not be issued.
Canceling the subscription within one day but still being unable to use the service and not receiving a refund has caused a clear inconvenience. I request a refund for the amount I paid and expect this issue to be resolved.
