On February 14 at 10:54 PM, two separate charges of $3 each were made through Google Play for a TV+ subscription, totaling $6. Despite the charges, no membership was activated. Only one of the charges was refunded to me; the other $3 has still not been refunded.
I contacted both Google Play and TV+ customer service regarding this issue, and each side claimed that the problem was not on their end and redirected me to the other party. I also contacted my bank, and they stated that there was no issue on their side either. As a result, one portion of the charge has been refunded, but the remaining amount is unresolved. My subscription is still not active, and my money has not been returned.
I am requesting that the remaining $3 be refunded to my account as soon as possible, or that my TV+ subscription be fully activated in exchange for this payment.
