PicsArt Subscription Refund Not Processed

On January 5, 2026, an automatic payment was charged for my PicsArt Pro subscription on my Android phone. As soon as I noticed the charge, I submitted a refund request, but the amount has still not been returned to my account.

I have previously experienced similar issues where the subscription renewed automatically and charged me even after I believed I had canceled it. Despite attempting to resolve the issue both through the app and through the appropriate support channels, I have not received any results or meaningful assistance. I have not been given a clear or satisfactory response, and my payment has not been refunded.

I request that the charge taken for the PicsArt Pro subscription be refunded to me as soon as possible and that my subscription be fully terminated without any further automatic renewals.
