BetterMe Charges Again Without Authorisation!

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge by BetterMe taken from my account despite cancelling and uninstalling the app. I cancelled and removed the BetterMe app from my phone on 28.11.2025, and after that, the subscription did not appear in my Google Play subscriptions list at all. Normally, even after deleting an app, active subscriptions remain visible and can be removed there, but BetterMe was not shown. However, on 11.12.2025, I was still charged approximately 28.98 USD / 50.12 NZD through the Google Play Store. When I contacted BetterMe, I was told that this situation was my error and that I should simply use the app since I had paid. I explained that the reason I cancelled was that I am unwell and will not be using the app now or in the future, and this response made the experience even more disappointing. I have already informed my bank and asked them to treat BetterMe as a fraudulent business due to this unauthorized charge. I request a full refund of the 50.12 NZD / 28.98 USD that was taken on 11.12.2025, and I also want any current or future BetterMe subscriptions to be completely cancelled and no further charges taken from my account. In addition, I want my BetterMe account and all associated data to be permanently deleted. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as I did everything required to cancel, and there was no active subscription visible in my Google Play account when this money was taken.
