I Got Refunded on Getcontact Premium But Never Received the ₺ Payment on My Card
On Wednesday, July 30, I purchased the Premium subscription for Getcontact through Google Play. After using it briefly, I realized it wasn’t what I expected and immediately requested a refund. Google Play processed and approved the refund, and in the transaction history, it shows that the refund was issued successfully. However, even though the refund appears as processed on Google’s side, I have yet to receive the actual payment back on my card.
It’s been days now, and the money still hasn’t been credited to my account. This is frustrating and unacceptable. If the refund was issued, where is my money? I don’t understand why there is such a delay or disconnect between platforms.
I kindly request that Getcontact and/or Google ensure the refunded amount is returned to my card without further delay. Please resolve this issue immediately.
