I Paid for Goodnotes 6 Yearly Plan but Can’t Access It—Now It Wants Me to Pay Again
I purchased Goodnotes 6 with a yearly subscription and the full amount was charged to my account. However, due to the high cost, I canceled the auto-renewal thinking I could still use the app until the end of the paid year—as is standard practice. But to my shock, I’m now being asked to repurchase it just to access the app again.
I can’t even log in to use what I already paid for. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. When you charge someone for a full year, they should receive access for the full duration—not be locked out after canceling auto-renewal.
Goodnotes team, please fix this immediately. I demand access to the app for the rest of the year I paid for. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll be forced to escalate my complaint and leave negative reviews across platforms. This is not how a premium service should treat paying customers.
