GoodNotes Shows “Internet Error” While My Connection Is Strong

I’m a Premium GoodNotes subscriber, but for the past few days, the app hasn’t been working properly. When I log in, the loading bar stops at 25%, and a message appears saying “Internet error occurred”, even though my internet connection is perfectly stable.
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, restarting my device, and checking my connection, but nothing has fixed the issue. Despite being a paying Premium user, I can’t open my notes or use any of the features I’ve paid for.
I urgently request that my issue be resolved immediately. I either want to regain access to my GoodNotes account and files or be refunded for the service I’m unable to use. Please look into this as soon as possible — I rely on this app for my work and studies.
