I Can’t Access My Paid GoodNotes 6 Premium Account Despite Active iCloud Subscription


I’ve been using GoodNotes 6 Premium for about a month with no issues—until suddenly, I was logged out and can no longer access my paid account. I subscribed using my iCloud account, and the payment was successfully processed through Apple.
I’ve checked everything: my subscription is still active, the receipt is available, and all usage history and documents remain on the app. Despite this, the system no longer recognizes my premium status and tries to push me into subscribing again.
