I Can’t Use Goodnotes 6 on My iPad 10—Keeps Crashing
I’m using the 10th generation iPad, and the Goodnotes 6 app has become completely unusable. Every time I open the app, it crashes within a minute and throws me out. This is incredibly frustrating, especially because I rely on Goodnotes for work and school.
Previously, the app would lag occasionally, but now it won’t even stay open long enough to get anything done. I already updated the app to the latest version and even switched to a brand-new iPad, assuming the problem was with the device. But instead of improving, things have gotten worse.
This clearly seems like an issue with the app itself, not the device. I urgently need technical support and a fix for this problem. Please resolve this immediately—I’m paying for a service I can’t even use.
