GoodNotes App Extremely Slow on Android Tablet Despite Annual Subscription

I’ve been using the GoodNotes app on my Samsung Tab 9 FE Plus for about 8–9 months under an annual subscription (customer ID: 165f24a9-6873-4a85-8e97-71948309f458). However, for the past month, I’ve been experiencing serious lag issues — there’s a noticeable delay when writing, making it impossible to use my notes efficiently.
This issue occurs in every notebook and at all times, regardless of what I’m doing. I’ve already deleted and reinstalled the app, but it didn’t solve the problem. My tablet works perfectly fine with all other apps — this issue is specific to GoodNotes.
I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible so that I can use the app smoothly again.
