GoodNotes Shows Me as a Free User – I Paid for a Yearly Subscription

I started using GoodNotes at the beginning of the 2024 academic year, around November 2024, and I paid for an annual subscription. However, now the app is showing me as a free user, and I can’t access my documents.
I have logged in and out multiple times, but the issue still hasn’t been fixed. This is extremely frustrating, as I rely on GoodNotes for my work and studies.
I demand an immediate resolution—I either need my subscription restored or a full refund.
