I Face Unexpected GoodNotes Subscription Cancellation

My GoodNotes subscription was cancelled for no reason. Although I’m still listed as a member, I cannot open any of my files or use the note-taking features of the app. I’ve tried to get support but haven’t been able to reach anyone.
Because all the options and support are in English and I’m having difficulty navigating them, I urgently request that my issue be resolved: please restore my membership (or explain why it was cancelled), and enable me to access my files and use the app again.
